| Comments : | I've always considered Kenmare to be one of my all-time favorite communities. As a kid, I recall family trips to Minot, and we would always stop at the Jack and Jill for munchies and drinks...it was always a blast to see the different product brand names that we didn't get up here in Canada. A recent trip through Kenmare a year ago put a big smile on my face..the store was still there! Great memories!! -Larry | |

| Comments : | Hi: My daughter, Linda M. Johnson (Thorson) just put a comment in the guestbook. My husband, Arne W. Thorson was principal of the School in Kenmare. My daughter was born in Kenmare in 1947. Both my daughters, 1947 and 1949 were born in Kenmare. My daughter asked if I knew an Alyce Schneider, who posted in the guest book. What a shock that my mom was just thinking about her the other day. My mother, Irene J. Thorson, is 89 years old. WOW......WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM FOLKS FROM 1947-1952, When we moved to So. | Comments : | Hi: I was born in 1947 in Kenmare. My father, Arne Thorson, was principal of the School in Kenmare in the 1940's. I was wondering if anyone knew my family. The Dr. who gave me birth was a Dr. Halliday. I was wondering if anyone knew of this Dr. in 1947. Would love to hear from anyone from Kenmare. Very nice website and I'd like to visit Kenmare, now.
